Payment Terms

Late Payments

Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms outlined in their agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to resources required to complete the services.
Limitation of Liability
Blissful Elevations Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All materials created during the engagement remain the property of Blissful Elevations Holdings until full payment has been received, at which point ownership may transfer as outlined in the agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates.
